唐冶廠(chǎng)生產(chǎn)的硬齒面磨齒減速器，已有50多年的歷史。
為提高減速器的設(shè)計(jì)和制造質(zhì)量，我廠(chǎng)于80年代末由德國(guó)弗蘭德公司引進(jìn)專(zhuān)有技術(shù)和關(guān)鍵的加工、檢測(cè)設(shè)備設(shè)計(jì)生產(chǎn)的產(chǎn)品。經(jīng)過(guò)多年的消化吸收，現(xiàn)已形成SZ、KE、SD、KZ、SV、KD等十二大系列、二百多個(gè)規(guī)格的系列產(chǎn)品，國(guó)前化率達(dá)100%。
該產(chǎn)品最大末端中心距為800mm，最大額定功率達(dá)8500kw，傳動(dòng)比范圍為5—500。這些減速器的齒輪采用低碳合金鋼滲碳淬火磨齒，具有齒輪精度高、體積小、重量輕、承載能力大、壽命長(zhǎng)、噪音低等優(yōu)點(diǎn)，各項(xiàng)技術(shù)性能指標(biāo)均達(dá)到世界先進(jìn)國(guó)家的水平，為中國(guó)名牌產(chǎn)品，通過(guò)國(guó)家煤安認(rèn)證。
為上海寶鋼、京唐港等國(guó)家重點(diǎn)工程以及冶金、礦山、煤炭、電力、能源、運(yùn)輸、起重、輕工、紡織、工程機(jī)械、化工、建材等各個(gè)行業(yè)，提供了大量的優(yōu)質(zhì)產(chǎn)品。
90年代末，我廠(chǎng)又在引進(jìn)系列硬齒面減速器的基礎(chǔ)上，自行開(kāi)發(fā)了換代升級(jí)產(chǎn)品－PC2000系列減速器。并開(kāi)發(fā)了服務(wù)于冶金行業(yè)的輥道減速器以及起重機(jī)專(zhuān)用減速器、水泥磨專(zhuān)用減速器等。圓柱齒輪精度達(dá)到DIN3962及DIN3963標(biāo)準(zhǔn)6級(jí)，強(qiáng)度計(jì)算執(zhí)行DIN3990。錐齒輪精度及強(qiáng)度計(jì)算執(zhí)行KN3028標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。
