    通過(guò)持續(xù)的技改投入，泰豐液壓擁有各類先進(jìn)加工設(shè)備250 余臺(tái)，擁有日本大隈FMS 柔性化生產(chǎn)線、馬扎克FMS柔性生產(chǎn)線、新瀉FMC六工位鏜銑加工中心、馬扎克九軸聯(lián)動(dòng)復(fù)合輇光中心；美國(guó)哈挺高精度車削中心；瑞士克林貝格數(shù)控萬(wàn)能外圓磨床；美國(guó)肯納熱能去毛刺設(shè)備、賽科沃克真空熱處理爐等30 余臺(tái)世界頂級(jí)數(shù)控機(jī)床和裝備。同時(shí)擁有德國(guó)蔡司三坐標(biāo)測(cè)量?jī)x、泰勒?qǐng)A度儀；英特諾曼污染度檢測(cè)儀、工業(yè)內(nèi)窺鏡等高精度檢測(cè)設(shè)備；并擁有4000L/min 大流量型式試驗(yàn)臺(tái)，為液壓行業(yè)大流量液壓閥的研發(fā)提供了公共服務(wù)平臺(tái)。
    新近落成的3000平方米24工位集物流、裝配、試驗(yàn)為一體的十萬(wàn)級(jí)凈化恒溫車間和承重1200Kg、貨位數(shù)1824個(gè)的智能倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)系統(tǒng)，通過(guò)與各類先進(jìn)制造裝備和計(jì)量檢測(cè)技術(shù)的柔性組合，建設(shè)成從毛坯投入、加工制造、檢驗(yàn)檢測(cè)、裝配試驗(yàn)及成品入庫(kù)自動(dòng)化生產(chǎn)系統(tǒng)。使泰豐液壓成為了中國(guó)液壓行業(yè)首家數(shù)字化智能型液壓控制系統(tǒng)產(chǎn)品專業(yè)制造企業(yè)。
    泰豐液壓十分重視科技進(jìn)步和技術(shù)創(chuàng)新，擁有各項(xiàng)專利68項(xiàng)，其中發(fā)明專利11項(xiàng)。2008 年與浙江大學(xué)簽訂了產(chǎn)學(xué)研合作協(xié)議，聯(lián)合浙江大學(xué)機(jī)械電子工程控制研究所開發(fā)了比例溢流閥、雙主動(dòng)控制型比例插裝閥、動(dòng)態(tài)控制閥、水介質(zhì)插裝閥等新技術(shù)產(chǎn)品，依靠創(chuàng)新驅(qū)動(dòng)和產(chǎn)品升級(jí)促進(jìn)了泰豐液壓的快速發(fā)展。
