中國(guó)石油集團(tuán)濟(jì)柴動(dòng)力總廠液力傳動(dòng)事業(yè)部專(zhuān)業(yè)生產(chǎn)聯(lián)軸器,液力偶合器傳動(dòng)裝置。
中國(guó)石油集團(tuán)濟(jì)柴動(dòng)力總廠位于中國(guó)山東濟(jì)南市風(fēng)景優(yōu)美的長(zhǎng)清開(kāi)發(fā)區(qū), 現(xiàn)擁有職工4000人，總資產(chǎn)20多億元，主要生產(chǎn)設(shè)備2000多臺(tái)套。下設(shè)內(nèi)燃機(jī)研究所、六個(gè)生產(chǎn)分廠、三家分公司、四個(gè)事業(yè)部，年生產(chǎn)能力5000臺(tái)大功率柴油機(jī)，銷(xiāo)售收入近20億元。先后被授予國(guó)家質(zhì)量管理獎(jiǎng)、全國(guó)用戶滿意企業(yè)、西氣東輸優(yōu)質(zhì)供應(yīng)商等稱號(hào)，并通過(guò)了ISO9001質(zhì)量體系認(rèn)證、中國(guó)船級(jí)社CCS認(rèn)證和法國(guó)船級(jí)社BV認(rèn)證。
液力傳動(dòng)事業(yè)部是中石油唯一的液力傳動(dòng)裝置生產(chǎn)企業(yè)，現(xiàn)有職工114人，其中技術(shù)人員22人，管理人員18人；現(xiàn)占地6000平方米，固定資產(chǎn)7000萬(wàn)元�，F(xiàn)有設(shè)備50余臺(tái)，具有較高的加工、裝配和試驗(yàn)?zāi)芰Γ瑢?shí)驗(yàn)臺(tái)架能滿足大功率液力偶合器傳動(dòng)裝置性能實(shí)驗(yàn)，在國(guó)內(nèi)還有葉輪、箱體、齒輪和軸類(lèi)的加工基地，完全能滿足液力偶合器產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)制造的需要。
液力傳動(dòng)事業(yè)部專(zhuān)業(yè)從事液力傳動(dòng)產(chǎn)品的研發(fā)、制造、銷(xiāo)售工作，目前已形成280、420、560、650、670、750、875、1000、1150等系列的液力偶合器、液力傳動(dòng)裝置系列產(chǎn)品；工作腔直徑480、550、650、750、830和900毫米的充油調(diào)節(jié)離心渦輪變矩器的系列化產(chǎn)品，可與135、140、160、180、190、200、260、320等系列內(nèi)燃機(jī)（柴油機(jī)、氣體機(jī)）、各種形式電動(dòng)機(jī)及卡特、康明斯、沃爾沃等國(guó)外先進(jìn)動(dòng)力機(jī)械配套。產(chǎn)品覆蓋石油、化工、船舶、工程機(jī)械等領(lǐng)域，能適應(yīng)不同地區(qū)和多種用戶的需求。
