天津華盛昌齒輪有限公司創(chuàng)建于1990年，是專業(yè)設計、制造蝸桿減速器的中外合資企業(yè)，被天津市科委命名為“天津市高新技術企業(yè)”。我公司設計制造的平面包絡環(huán)面蝸桿減速器曾多次獲獎并被機械部指定為更新?lián)Q代產(chǎn)品，環(huán)面蝸桿數(shù)控系統(tǒng)也被列為國家重大成果項目之一。受國家機械工業(yè)局的委托，我公司起草了中華人民共和國機械行業(yè)標準JB/T 9051-2000《平面包絡環(huán)面蝸桿減速器》，目前該標準已實施。
我公司在平面二次包絡環(huán)面蝸桿傳動領域里擁有世界領先的理論和技術，持有多項、多國發(fā)明專利。我們始終堅信科學技術是企業(yè)發(fā)展的第一動力。為此公司與德國克林貝格公司聯(lián)合開發(fā)了世界上僅有的五臺HNC35TP型十軸數(shù)控、四軸聯(lián)動專用蝸桿磨床。
為了與這些高精度專用設備配套，我公司進口了多種型號的滾齒機以及多臺數(shù)控加工中心，并配備了進口的嚙合檢查儀、三座標測量機。除此之外，公司還建立了產(chǎn)品性能測試用計算機輔助試驗臺、摩擦磨損試驗室以及噪聲震動分析系統(tǒng)等設備用來對生產(chǎn)的產(chǎn)品進行全面檢測。
我公司生產(chǎn)的平面包絡環(huán)面蝸桿減速器產(chǎn)品可達到DIN標準5級，具有傳動效率高，承載能力大，噪聲低，精度高等優(yōu)勢。我公司生產(chǎn)的高精度低噪聲減速器及蝸桿副除在中國銷售外，還遠銷至世界各地。
