創(chuàng)業(yè)于1976年，由早期的服務(wù)業(yè)逐步邁向生產(chǎn)制造與銷售到出口貿(mào)易，1990年代理日本小型馬達與齒輪減速機銷售，1992年并引進國外技術(shù)開始生產(chǎn)小型齒輪馬達減速機，開拓了臺灣最早期的小型齒輪減速馬達專業(yè)制造廠。
成長史
1976年－ 創(chuàng)立公司，資本額20萬元，廠地占地30坪，專營買賣與修理服務(wù)。
1982年－ 建廠于三重市光復(fù)路一段12巷26號，廠房約300坪，員工30人，同年開始制造馬達。
1983年－ 因?qū)嶋H業(yè)務(wù)之需要，公司改組，并增加營業(yè)項目有齒輪減速機，小型AC.DC.馬達及馬達電子調(diào)速器、傳動軸用扭力限制器等專業(yè)生產(chǎn)。
1984年－ 建立全省經(jīng)銷與成立貿(mào)易體制，使生產(chǎn)品順利外銷，其當時員工約40人。
1990年－ 因當時業(yè)績及實際生產(chǎn)量逐年突增，為應(yīng)付其實際需求，再度于臺北縣五股工業(yè)區(qū)五權(quán)三路50號，員工有80余人之多，資本額亦增為2000萬元。
